Custom systems built to find opportunities.
Lead discovery, market monitoring and workflow automation built around how your business actually sells.
Lead Discovery · Opportunity Monitoring · Research & Workflow AutomationOne campaign.
Three connected sides.
Creative gives the campaign an idea. Content gives it something people can see and remember. Paid media gets it in front of the right audience and improves what happens next.
Campaign concept. The single idea the whole campaign is built on, agreed before anything gets designed.
Photography. Images shot for the campaign, so the ads are not carried by whatever is already on the phone.
Targeting. Who sees the campaign, built from real audience signals rather than broad guesses.
Creative thinking.
Real campaign experience.

Clear communication, direct access and no unnecessary layers.
A few straight answers.
MBN combines campaign strategy, creative production, content and paid media. Work can range from one focused project to ongoing campaign management.
MBN works primarily with service-based businesses, professional organizations, schools, hospitality companies, event businesses and growing brands that need stronger creative or more consistent campaign execution.
Paid media engagements are scoped around campaign complexity, advertising spend, creative requirements and the level of ongoing strategy and optimization involved. Creative, content and website projects are quoted according to scope. Advertising spend is separate.

Privacy Policy
MBN Digital is an independent creative and paid media studio based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website, our contact form, and the automated assistant that may reply to you when you message us on Facebook or Instagram.
Who we are
MBN Digital, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. For any question about this policy or about your information, contact hello@mbndigital.ca.
What we collect
When you use the contact form. Your name, company, email address, website or social link, the services you select, an approximate budget range and whatever you write in the project details field. You choose what to put in these fields.
When you message us on Facebook or Instagram. The content of your messages or comments, your public profile name and handle, and any contact details you choose to share in the conversation.
Automatically, when you visit this site. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed. Our host records this as part of running the site. The site also stores a single flag in your browser so the opening animation only plays once per visit. That flag holds no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab.
The automated assistant on Meta platforms
We use an automated assistant to help handle messages and comments on our Facebook and Instagram accounts. It can answer common questions, take basic details about what you are looking for, and pass a conversation to a person.
What this means in practice:
- Your messages are processed to generate a reply. This involves third-party AI service providers acting on our instructions.
- Conversations may be retained so we can follow up and so the assistant improves.
- You are talking to an automated system, not a person, unless it tells you otherwise or a person joins the conversation.
- You can ask to speak to a person at any point, and you can stop the conversation at any point.
- Messages sent through Facebook or Instagram also pass through Meta and are covered by Meta's own privacy policy.
Please do not send sensitive information such as financial account details, health information or government identifiers through social messaging. Use email if you need to share something confidential.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or recommendation.
- To deliver and manage work you have engaged us for.
- To keep the website working, secure and reasonably fast.
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:
- Formspree delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Squarespace hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses, which involves your browser requesting files from Google.
- Calendly handles bookings if you use the call link.
- Meta operates Facebook and Instagram, where our accounts and the automated assistant run.
- AI service providers process message content so the assistant can generate replies.
Advertising and measurement
We run paid advertising, and our site may use measurement tags from advertising platforms to understand which ads bring people here and whether an enquiry followed. These tags can set cookies and may allow the platform to show you our ads again elsewhere.
You can limit this through your browser cookie settings, and through the ad preferences available in your Meta or Google account.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a project follows, for as long as we work together plus the period required for business and tax records. Social conversations are kept for as long as they are useful for follow-up. If you would like your information removed sooner, email us and we will do it unless we are required to keep it.
Where it is stored
Some of the providers above store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information held in another country may be accessible to that country's courts and law enforcement under its laws.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to further contact. Email hello@mbndigital.ca and we will respond within the time our privacy laws require. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.

MBN Brand Refresh
Objective
Bring the three sides of the business under a single identity that reads as one company rather than three separate services.
Approach
Build the identity around a three-sided cube so each face can carry one side of the business, then extend it into type, colour and interface.
What MBN handled
Logo exploration, colour system, typographic direction, website interface, motion concept and the old-to-new visual transition.
Applications
- Cube logo exploration
- Colour system
- Typographic direction
- Website interface
- Motion concept
- Old to new transition

Home Services Lead Generation
Objective
Replace referral dependency with a predictable lead source that holds up outside seasonal peaks.
Approach
A Meta lead generation system targeting local homeowners by ownership signals and seasonal intent, with qualifying questions built into the form itself.
What MBN handled
Audience strategy, higher-intent lead forms, multiple creative variations tested weekly, and ongoing optimization across the audiences and creative that performed.
Results
Verified campaign results, measured in the ad platform.
- Industry
- Home services
- Location
- Lower Mainland
- Ad spend
- $24K+
- Impressions
- 1M+
The challenge
Referrals only go so far.
The company served the Lower Mainland and had been running primarily on referrals and repeat customers. Revenue was tied to unpredictable seasonal swings, with no consistent inbound pipeline to fall back on.
They needed a system that could generate qualified local leads on demand, bring acquisition cost down, and give them visibility into what was actually working.
- No digital pipeline
- Seasonal revenue swings
- High acquisition cost
- Referral dependency
What MBN did
Built for quality, not just volume.
Every tactic was designed to improve lead intent rather than simply increase form volume.
- 01Audience strategyLocal homeowners across the Lower Mainland, targeted by location, home ownership signals and seasonal intent behaviour.
- 02Higher-intent formsMeta lead forms carrying qualifying questions and an in-form disclaimer, so expectations were set before anyone submitted.
- 03Creative testingSeveral ad variations built around seasonal pain points. Weak performers cut weekly and budget moved to the winners.
- 04Weekly optimisationCost per lead, lead quality and form completion rate reviewed every week, with targeting and creative adjusted toward the audiences and formats that performed.
What this means
From word of mouth to a repeatable system.
Before the campaign, revenue depended on timing. By the end there was a paid acquisition channel producing inbound demand regardless of season.
The strongest periods produced 101 leads at $49.33, 72 at $50.83 and 69 at $52.48 cost per lead.
- 352 local leads generated across the account
- A steady inbound lead source that did not depend on referrals
- Over $24,000 in advertising managed, tracked period by period
- Full visibility into which ads and audiences drove results
Private School Admissions
Objective
Reach local families during the short admissions window when enrolment decisions actually get made.
Approach
A focused Meta awareness push to parents in school-age ranges, optimized for genuine landing page visits rather than raw clicks.
What MBN handled
Parent audience targeting, a four-format creative test, and weekly budget reallocation toward the top performer, all inside a $1,000 monthly budget.
Results
Verified campaign results, measured in the ad platform.
- Industry
- Private school
- Location
- Metro Vancouver
- Duration
- 30 days
- Ad spend
- $850
The challenge
Admissions season waits for no one.
Private school admissions run on a tight seasonal window. Families research and decide between January and March. Miss that window and you wait another year.
The school had built enrolment through word of mouth, community events and organic social reach. With admissions season approaching, they needed to reach local families who were actively weighing their options.
The goal was never conversions on the ad itself. It was to get interested parents onto the admissions page during the window when decisions get made. From there the school's own process takes over.
- Short admissions window
- Organic reach limits
- Competitive local market
- Awareness to consideration
What MBN did
The right parents, at the right time.
Four tactics, all pointed at genuine interest rather than raw click volume.
- 01Parent audience targetingMetro Vancouver parents with children in school-age ranges, layered with interest signals around private and Catholic education.
- 02Four-format creative testA standard bus ad, a POV bus ad, a portrait bus ad and a core parents creative, with spend reallocated weekly toward the top performers.
- 03Traffic optimisationOptimised for landing page views rather than link clicks, so accidental taps were filtered out and only loaded page views counted.
- 04Budget managementRun inside a $1,000 monthly budget, with spend pulled toward the Bus Ad Portrait, which drove 49.7% of results.
What this means
3,006 admissions-page visits in a single month.
A 4.21% click-through rate means roughly one in every twenty-four people who saw the ad clicked through.
Enrolment is a multi-step process that happens offline, but three thousand visits landed on the admissions page during the exact window when families are deciding.
- 3,006 admissions-page visits in 30 days
- 4.21% click-through rate across the campaign
- $0.10 average cost per click
- Bus Ad Portrait identified as the top creative, driving 49.7% of results
MG Fractional
Objective
Give an insurance and advisory practice offering fractional support an identity that reads as precise and credible to business clients, and holds together from a hero lockup down to an app icon.
Approach
One unified monogram of connection and precision. The M and the G are built as a single continuous geometry rather than two letters set side by side, which is what carries the fractional idea: bringing just what is needed, exactly when it matters. Deep navy carries the M, sage takes the G, so the mark still reads when it runs in one ink.
What MBN handled
Monogram, primary lockup, monochrome version, app icon, colour system and typographic direction across Playfair Display and Inter.
Applications
- Primary lockup
- Monogram only
- Monochrome version
- App icon, dark and light
- Colour system
- Descriptor lockup
- Typographic direction
